Qualifications

• Above 5 years of relevant experience in KYC/CDD or client onboarding.
• Knowledge of fund and account opening documentation (e.g., offering memoranda, partnership agreements).
• Familiar with CRS/FATCA and regulatory expectations.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end onboarding of complex fund structures (umbrella funds, master-feeder structures, VCCs, SPVs, trusts).
• Review fund documents such as prospectuses, offering memoranda, and subscription documents.
• Perform KYC/CDD on fund structures identifying beneficial owners and signatories.
• Prepare Source of Wealth assessments with documentary evidence and external sources.
• Review CRS, FATCA and tax documentation to determine fund classifications and reporting obligations.
• Conduct name screening and risk assessments per AML/CFT guidelines.
• Coordinate onboarding with Front Office, Compliance, Legal, Tax and Operations.
• Escalate complex ownership structures and regulatory risks for review.
