A top recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking an experienced KYC Operations Quality Control specialist. The role involves ensuring compliance with local regulations and Citi standards, conducting QC reviews, and partnering with senior management to escalate recurring issues. The ideal candidate has 5-8 years of KYC/AML operations experience with strong attention to detail and communication skills.
Ensure Quality Control (QC) reviews are conducted on KYC files prior to submission.
Respond to/correct any discrepancies identified during QC reviews.
Highlight any tech issues or procedural clarifications to managers for further review and guidance.
Ensure all records comply with local regulations and Citi standards.
Support business' on KYC efforts in accordance with CBSU AML KYC Ops procedures.
Monitor records to ensure no past-due KYC files.
Liaise with the Maker team to ensure corrections are implemented accurately.
Submit the final record for Business Approval once QC checks are completed.
Key Expectations:
Ensure quality standards (90% and above) are met for all QC reviews.
Provide clear feedback to the Maker team to resolve gaps or errors.
Work with senior management to escalate recurring QC issues where needed.
Requirements:
Prior experience in KYC/AML operations with a focus on Quality Control or Checking preferred, at least 5-8yrs
Familiarity with local regulatory requirements
Strong attention to detail and documentation review skills.
Good communication skills for coordinating with Makers and stakehold
