Manpower Staffing Services (Singapore) Pte Ltd is seeking a detail-oriented KYC Analyst to perform ad-hoc name screening against sanctions, PEP and adverse media databases, and to support documentation checks for KYC files. The role involves assisting in KYC projects, liaising with internal stakeholders for information clarification, and handling ad hoc screening tasks with accuracy.

A degree with 1–2 years AML/KYC/CDD experience and familiarity with screening tools (e.g., Dow Jones, Factiva)

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent with AML/KYC/CDD exposure.
• Familiarity with sanctions, PEP and adverse media screening.
• Basic understanding of regulatory AML/CFT requirements.
• Attention to detail and ability to follow procedures.
• Comfort with repetitive tasks and changing priorities.
• Experience supporting KYC reviews is a plus.
• Exposure to screening tools such as Dow Jones and Factiva.

Responsabilités

• Perform ad-hoc name screening against sanctions, PEP, and adverse media databases in line with internal policies.
• Support documentation checks and completeness reviews for KYC files.
• Assist in KYC related projects, remediation exercises, or regulatory initiatives on an ad-hoc basis.
• Liaise with internal stakeholders (e.g. RM, Compliance, Operations) for information clarification when required.
• Perform other ad hoc KYC or screening-related tasks as assigned by the team.
