Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Compliance Screening Analyst in Singapore to perform client name screening and analyze screening alerts. You will assess results, liaise with Relationship Managers and Front Office to clarify hits, and escalate any material concerns to the relevant compliance teams. The role includes maintaining client records and preparing management reports.

The candidate will support static data updates and ensure accuracy of screening statistics across the client base.

Responsibilities

• Perform client name screening.
• Review and analyse screening alerts, adverse news hits and potential matches.
• Conduct materiality assessments and risk scoring to identify potential compliance risks.
• Assess screening results.
• Liaise with Relationship Managers and Front Office teams to clarify potential or true screening hits.
• Escalate material true hits and compliance concerns to the relevant Compliance teams.
• Ensure proper maintenance of client records, screening documentation and account information.
• Prepare management reports, maintain screening statistics and support static data updates.
