Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Production Operator for our West Singapore facility at Jalan Tukang Boon Lay. The role centers on assembling electrical products, following precise work instructions, and maintaining quality and safety standards.

Working days are 5.5, with hours Monday to Friday 8am-4.45pm (45-min lunch) and Saturday 8am-12pm. Salary ranges from SGD 2,200 to SGD 2,600 gross monthly. Prior relevant experience is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and process electrical appliance products according to production requirements.
• Follow Work Instructions (WI) and operate production tools and equipment proficiently.
• Comply with supervisors' instructions, inspections, and complete tasks on time and to quality standards.
• Take ownership of the workstation and verify quality of preceding processes before starting.
• Promptly report production abnormalities or issues per escalation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of equipment, tools, and materials; follow 5S standards.
• Participate in training and contribute suggestions to support continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Job Description

• Assemble and process electrical appliance products according to production requirements.
• Follow Work Instructions (WI) and operate production tools and equipment proficiently.
• Comply withsupervisors’ instructions and inspections, and complete assigned tasks within required timelines and quality standards.
• Take ownership of the assigned workstation, verify the quality of preceding processes before commencement, and proceed only when standards are met.
• Promptly report any production abnormalities or issues in accordance with established escalation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of equipment, tools, and materials in the work area, and consistently follow 5S standards.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute suggestions to support continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

• Prior relevant experience will be considered an advantage.
