Job summary

THE SUPREME HR ADVISORY PTE. LTD. is seeking an Electrical Production Operator to join the West Jalan Tukang facility. You will assemble electrical appliance products, follow work instructions, and help maintain quality and 5S standards in a manufacturing environment.

This on-site role offers a 5.5-day week, Monday to Friday 8am–4:45pm with a 45-minute lunch and Saturday 8am–12pm. Salary ranges from SGD 2,200 to 2,600 gross per month, with prior relevant experience viewed as advantageous.

Qualifications

• Prior relevant experience will be advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Assemble and process electrical appliance products according to production requirements.
• Follow Work Instructions (WI) and operate production tools and equipment proficiently.
• Comply with supervisors’ instructions and inspections, and complete assigned tasks within required timelines and quality standards.
• Take ownership of the assigned workstation, verify the quality of preceding processes before commencement, and proceed only when standards are met.
• Promptly report any production abnormalities or issues in accordance with established escalation procedures.
• Maintain cleanliness and order of equipment, tools, and materials in the work area, and consistently follow 5S standards.
• Participate in training sessions and contribute suggestions to support continuous improvement.
• Perform other duties as assigned from time to time.
