We are currently seeking a Contract-based Administrative Assistant, an ideal opportunity for Korean-speaking fresh graduates looking to gain professional experience in Singapore’s international business landscape. This role offers exposure to administrative operations, client engagement, and trade support.

You’ll be working in a collaborative, structured environment, gaining practical insight into global sales coordination and office management. With a balanced workload, this role is well-suited for individuals transitioning into the workforce.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide full office administrative and secretarial support for the administrative manager

  • Handling inquiries from incoming calls & emails

  • Receiving and attending to visitors, maintaining office daily operations and bank affairs (collecting invoices)

  • Assisting sales and trading activities in Singapore for Korea-based SME clients

  • Finding potential local buyers and matching them with clients

  • Conduct research and collect the information requested by the management and advise clients for basic trade-related issues or processes etc.

  • Any other ad-hoc duties
