We are currently seeking a Contract-based Administrative Assistant, an ideal opportunity for Korean-speaking fresh graduates looking to gain professional experience in Singapore’s international business landscape. Key Responsibilities
Provide full office administrative and secretarial support for the administrative manager
Handling inquiries from incoming calls & emails
Receiving and attending to visitors, maintaining office daily operations and bank affairs (collecting invoices)
Assisting sales and trading activities in Singapore for Korea-based SME clients
Finding potential local buyers and matching them with clients
Conduct research and collect the information requested by the management and advise clients for basic trade-related issues or processes etc.
Any other ad-hoc duties
