Korea Client Relationship Manager, Institutional Client Coverage APAC

Your role:

Do you have a track record of successfully managing client relationships? Are you able to create collaborative solutions in challenging and complex situations? Do you have the knowledge and experience to drive the business development of our Korea client base?

We're looking for a client relationship manager to:

1. Represent the full scope of our asset management services to our institutional clients and focus on promoting our products across different asset classes e.g. Equities, Fixed Income, Hedge Funds, and Private Markets.
2. Implement the right strategy to meet sales targets and generate revenues.
3. Retain and develop client relationships and proactively identify new business opportunities from our existing and prospect clients while guarding against risk exposure.
4. Create and implement a strategic client book development plan that facilitates appropriate investment solutions.
5. Collaborate with internal colleagues and support the efforts of our third-party relationships.

Your team:

You’ll be working in the Institutional Client Coverage team in APAC. We’re a dedicated team with an open corporate culture that values individual contribution and encourages proactive input and feedback. As a client relationship manager, you’ll contribute towards delivering a consistent client experience while providing a seamless integration of solutions.

Your expertise:

1. Ideally minimum 15 years’ experience in asset management or related field.
2. ‘Hunter’ type of Sales mindset, client-focused, strong communicator with a track record in relationship management, ideally with Asset Management background.
3. Bachelor’s/Master’s or equivalent, with a focus on subjects such as economics, business administration, banking.
4. Proficient computer skills, including MS Office and CRM tools.
5. Person of integrity with strong leadership and relationship building skills.
6. Flexible and collaborative, experienced in managing projects with multifunctional teams.
7. Fluent in English and Korean to support local client base.
