• Diploma/NITEC/Higher NITEC or equivalent qualification.
• Experience in a manufacturing, production, warehouse, or material management environment preferred.
• Familiarity with SAP or MES systems is an advantage.
• Basic computer skills including Microsoft Excel.

Responsabilidades

• Pick and kit materials according to production orders, work orders, and schedules.
• Verify part numbers, quantities, revisions, and material conditions before issuing kits.
• Ensure production kits are complete and delivered on time to the production line.
• Perform SAP transactions for material movements, kit issuance, returns, and inventory adjustments.
• Monitor kit shortages and coordinate with Planning, Purchasing, and Warehouse teams to resolve gaps.
• Manage excess, returned, and obsolete materials per inventory procedures.
• Support cycle counts, inventory audits, and annual stock-taking activities.
• Maintain accurate inventory records and inventory integrity.
• Follow FIFO and material handling requirements; ensure compliance with EHS, quality, and procedures.
• Identify and implement process improvement opportunities to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
• Maintain 5S standards in the kitting area.
