Job summary

Agilent Technologies in Singapore is hiring for a full-time Material Handler/Kitting role focused on accurate kit assembly and on-time delivery to the production line. The incumbent will verify part numbers and revisions, perform SAP transactions, and coordinate with planning, purchasing and warehouse teams to resolve material gaps.

The role requires a Diploma/NITEC or equivalent and familiarity with SAP or MES is advantageous, along with strong attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

Diploma/NITEC or equivalent qualification.
Experience in manufacturing, warehouse, or material management preferred.
SAP or MES familiarity is advantageous.

Responsibilities

Pick and kit materials according to production orders and schedules.
Verify part numbers, quantities, revisions, and material conditions before issuing kits.
Ensure production kits are complete, accurate and delivered on time.
Perform SAP transactions for material movements and inventory adjustments.
Monitor kit shortages and coordinate with Planning, Purchasing and Warehouse teams.
Manage excess, returned and obsolete materials per inventory procedures.
Support cycle counts, stock-takes and audits.
Maintain accurate inventory records and 5S standards.
