Has preferably gone through a MUIS held Halal Certification class
Has minimum a Diploma Degree
Experience in the culinary arts industry
Excellent knife skills
Identify logistic issues and rectify them where necessary
100% fluent in English
Able to apply work passes if needed
Able to work overtime
Working on Public Holidays and Weekends is necessary
Able to process anywhere between 200-500kgs of Raw Chicken in a day along with other vegetable based products
Able to prepare a complete Risk Management Assessment report
Possess knife skills and able to process raw meat as needed
Possess knowledge of handling and storage of raw meat (frozen or thawed) and other vegetable-based items
Able to clean and conduct hygiene-related tests, sanitization, and deep cleaning of the entire central kitchen as needed according to the cleaning schedule
