Job summary

GROCER@EMPRESS PTE. LTD. is hiring a diligent dishwasher to support the kitchen team. You will wash dishes, maintain cleanliness, store items, and assist in cooking as needed following recipes and safety SOPs.

Requires ability to work split shifts, weekends and public holidays. Must be physically fit, able to operate the dishwasher, and able to work in a warm, oily, humid environment while maintaining good hygiene.

Qualifications

• Physical fitness and stamina required.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.

Responsibilities

• Wash dishes, glassware, pots or pans.
• Maintain cleanliness of the dishwashing area and equipment.
• Store clean dishes and utensils.
• Handle rubbish and maintain bin cleanliness.
• Assist in cooking and deep frying by following recipes.
• Assist to collect soiled dishes from dining area and send to kitchen.
• Follow safety SOP and wear safety equipment.
