Responsibilities:

• Assist in daily kitchen preparation and food production

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen

• Support chefs with mise en place and other kitchen tasks

• Ensure ingredients and tools are properly stored and handled

Requirements:

• Passion for Japanese cuisine and fine dining

• A strong team player with a positive attitude

• Willingness to learn and grow within the culinary field

• Minimum 1 year of kitchen experience required — training will be provided
