Job summary

The Bagel Bunch Pte. Ltd. in Singapore seeks a Kitchen Lead / All-Rounder to supervise daily kitchen operations while supporting both BOH and FOH duties.

You will lead food prep, ensure quality and consistency, handle inventory, and coordinate with store staff to maintain fast, friendly service. Responsibilities include training junior team members, managing stock and vendor orders, and upholding strict hygiene and food safety standards across the store.

Responsibilities

• Cross-Functional shop leadership across BOH and FOH operations, including taking orders, counter service, and basic espresso/beverage execution.
• Food Preparation & Quality Control: Plan and execute daily food preparation, refine recipes, and enforce consistency, taste, and presentation.
• Inventory & Stock Management: Monitor ingredients, track usage, manage stock rotation, and place vendor orders to minimize waste.
• Team Supervision & Operations: Train, schedule, and guide junior staff to ensure smooth service transitions and high productivity.
• Food Safety, Hygiene & Maintenance: Enforce SFA hygiene, sanitation, and safety standards across kitchen, beverage station, and service areas.
• Ad-Hoc Store Support: Step in across store functions as needed to support daily operations and customer satisfaction.
