Job summary

GS CLEANING SERVICES PTE. LTD. is seeking a kitchen assistant to support daily meal preparation and service in a busy operation. You will follow the company’s operating hours, shift roster and duty roster, and maintain hygiene and safety rules at all times.

Responsibilities include helping with dish and crockery cleaning, keeping food warmers at safe temperatures, reporting damaged equipment, and carrying out duties assigned by the F&B Manager or Senior Production Chef.

Qualifications

• Preferably N level education (or equivalent) and above.
• 1-2 years' relevant experience is preferred.
• Physically fit for the duties of the role.
• Basic English literacy is required.
• Required to work 6 days per week.

• Provide assistance to Cook to do daily preparation of dishes and ingredients, packing and dishing of all meals
• Ensure all crockery wares are clean and sufficient in quantity for every meal operation
• Ensure the temperature of food warmers which are used to keep and transfer meals are within safe limits, in line with the requirements.
• Inform Supervisor if there are any damaged and faulty equipment, broken crockery wares, cutlery or items.
• Undertake any other duties assigned by the F&B Manager or Senior Production Chef
