Job summary

A catering company in Singapore is seeking individuals for food preparation roles. Responsibilities include receiving and storing goods, preparing raw food materials, and manufacturing basic food ingredients. Qualifications

• Good in self-discipline and able to follow instructions.
• Must be hard-working and reliable.
• Availability for either part-time (8-12 noon or 1-6 pm) or full-time (8-5 pm) shifts.

Responsibilities

• Receive and store goods using FIFO.
• Prepare raw food materials including vegetables, fish, and meats.
• Process, cut, and season raw food.
• Manufacture basic food ingredients like curry paste and spring rolls.
• Clean and maintain the operation area.

· Responsible for receiving of goods, store them in the order of first-in-first-out (FIFO) basis.

· Prepare raw food materials, vegetables, fishes, meats, seafood etc.

· Process, thaw, cut, butcher and season raw food.

· Responsible for manufacturing of basic food ingredient like curry paste, samba paste, samosa paste, spring roll, fritter etc.

· Responsible for cleaning and maintaining of operation's area.

Requirements

· Good in self-discipline, able to work in accordance to instructions.

· Must be a hard-working self.

· Able to work either 8 - 12noon or 1 - 6pm (part time), full time will be 8-5pm
