Job summary

A food service company in Singapore is looking for a dedicated culinary professional to join their team. You will be responsible for planning and producing meals while ensuring compliance with food safety and hygiene regulations. Ideal candidates should have at least 2 years of experience in the hotel food and beverage sector and knowledge of various cuisines.

Qualifications

  • Preferably with minimum 2 years of relevant experience in hotel food and beverage business.
  • Have good knowledge in preparation of different cuisines.
  • Possess good knowledge of food hygiene and food handling procedures.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and produce meals according to tasks assigned by Chef-in-charge.
  • Ensure products received meet expectations.
  • Follow orders in productions of meals as directed.

Job description

  • 6 days a week, Rotating shifts (including overnight)
  • East area

Duties:
