Guzman y Gomez in Singapore is hiring a Chef to prepare and cook food to high standards while keeping the kitchen running smoothly during service. You will work with the kitchen team to ensure consistent preparation, timely orders and a clean, safe, and organized workspace.

The role requires kitchen experience, knowledge of food safety, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential.

• Experience working in a kitchen or commercial cooking environment.

• Preparing and cooking food according to GYG recipes and standards.
• Ensuring food quality, portioning and presentation are consistent.
• Preparing ingredients and managing your assigned kitchen station.
• Working efficiently during busy service periods.

• Monitoring stock levels and minimising food wastage.
