Join Our Team: Part-Time Kitchen & Bar Staff

Hidden Castle Golf Club is the largest indoor golf club in Singapore, offering a premium golfing experience with top-quality service. We are looking for a passionate and reliable individual to join our team as Kitchen & Bar Staff (Part-Time) to help deliver excellent food and beverage service to our guests.

Job Responsibilities
Food & Beverage Preparation

• Prepare and serve beverages, including coffee, soft drinks, and alcoholic drinks.
• Make simple snack menu items following the club’s recipes.
• Ensure consistent quality and presentation of food and drinks.

Kitchen & Bar Maintenance

• Maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen and bar area.
• Wash dishes, clean equipment, and keep workstations tidy.
• Organize and manage food and beverage stock, including receiving and restocking supplies.

Requirements

• Legally authorized to work in Singapore (we are currently unable to offer work pass sponsorship for this position).
• Basic English communication skills.
• Previous experience in F&B or similar roles is an advantage.
• Positive, team-oriented attitude with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast-paced environment.

Working Hours & Pay

• Part-Time: 3-4 days per week, including public holidays and weekends (Saturday & Sunday availability required).
• Shift: 9 hours per shift (including lunch and dinner breaks).
• Hourly Pay: $13 per hour.
