Brew Crew Opportunity

We are seeking friendly, curious, and collaborative Kitchen Assistants to help deliver a world-class coffee and tea experience. As a member of our Singapore Brew Crew, you will have the opportunity to grow both personally and professionally.

You will enter our famous ‘Barista Academy’ from your very first day and develop expertise in the craft of coffee and tea, together with the creation of our Signature Gourmet Dishes, gaining valuable career skills — Your development is our priority.

Key Responsibilities

As a Kitchen Assistant, you will be assigned:

Food Preparation:

  • Assisting with meal preparation

  • Preparing basic dishes

  • Following recipes and instructions

  • Operating kitchen equipment

  • Assisting with food storage and inventory

Cleaning and Maintenance:

  • Maintaining cleanliness of the kitchen

  • Washing dishes and utensils

  • Disposing of waste

  • Cleaning and maintaining equipment

Other Duties:

  • Assisting with inventory management: They may help track stock levels and report shortages to the supervisor.

  • Following food safety and hygiene standards: This is crucial for ensuring a safe and healthy kitchen environment.

  • Supporting supervisor during service: They may help with tasks like fetching ingredients, plating dishes, or replenishing supplies.

  • Working as part of a team: Kitchen assistants need to be able to work effectively with other kitchen staff and follow instructions.

  • Assisting with meal preparation: This includes washing, peeling, chopping, and cutting vegetables and other ingredients.

  • Care about the safety & health of our Brew Crew and customers.

  • Take pride in the appearance of your café, maintaining a clean and organized environment, in accordance with health and safety regulations.

● Previous experience as a Barista or in a similar customer service role is preferred, however not required, as training will be provided in our Barista Academy.

● Locations will be Hospital Stores, and Favorite outlets where Gourmet Food is a sure-win with Customers
