Job summary

Job description
Responsibilities
  • Ensure all meals for patients are plated and assembled accurately prior to dispatch.
  • Ensure all meals are dispatched on time to the wards.
  • Ensure all requests for additional ad-hoc meals are issued within the stipulated time frame.
  • Managing of bulk meal orders for staff, compile and prepare for all catering orders submitted to Food Services.
  • Assist in preparing safe meals for patients with special diet or requirements.
  • Collate diet slips, meal orders and prepare daily meal summaries for food preparation.
  • Assist in delivery and serving of meals for inpatients and in-house event.
  • Use of eMOS to print meal slips, review meal orders.
  • Use of NGEMR to request porters for meal deliveries.
  • Handle email, telephone and Microsoft teams enquiries and feedback, while always displaying proactive communication etiquette.
Requirements
  • Primary school education with at least 1-2 years of experience in F&B, or NTC 2/3 (Food Service)
  • Equipped with Basic Food Hygiene Certificate
  • Ability to work efficiently and independently
  • Ability to work in teams
Work Schedule
  • Shift Hours:
    • 5am – 1pm
    • 7am-3pm
    • 9am – 5pm
