Job summary

A local food service company in Singapore is looking for individuals to assist in food preparation and maintain kitchen hygiene. No prior experience is needed as training will be provided. Candidates should be well-groomed, able to commit to shifts, including weekends and public holidays, and possess at least a Certificate in Food & Beverage service.

• Able to commit shift work, weekends and public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Involved in the preparation of food and beverages.
• Ensure that kitchen utensils and equipment are in good condition to operate.
• Responsible for maintenance of cleanliness of kitchen.
• Ensure compliance with all health and safety regulations.
• Ensure that food can be prepared in a timely manner.
• Ensure freshness of food items and discard expired items.
• Observe food stock levels and place orders when necessary.
