Their food ingredients are carefully selected with the highest in quality and safety standards in mind, aiming for customers to enjoy top-class meals. The Group's company is one of in-flight catering provider for Japan domestic flight.

Job Description:
- Assists chefs and kitchen staff with basic food preparation (e.g. washing, cutting, peeling ingredients), according to the recipes and chef instructions
- Maintain cleanliness of kitchen areas, including cooking stations, equipment and utensils.
- Handle dishwashing duties, including cleaning dishes, pots and kitchen equipment.
- Ensure proper storage and labeling of ingredients and supplies
- Dispose of waste properly and maintain hygiene and safety standards
- Assist in receiving and organizing kitchen deliveries
- Perform simple cooking tasks under supervision if needed (e.g. frying, grilling)
- Ensure food safety standards at all times
- Support overall kitchen operations during busy periods.

Job Requirements:
- Prior similar work experience is preferred.
- Those with no experience are welcome to apply, but willing to learn, initiative and hardworking.
- The ability to follow and understand instructions.
- Good personality and time management
- The ability to carry heavy stuff (around 5kg - 10kg)
- Willing to work at Changi Airport

Compensation:
- Work location: Jewel Changi Airport
- Working hours: 5 Days/week (44 hours/week, depending on roster)
- Restaurant Operation Hours: 9am - 10pm
- Off in-lieu if work on Public Holidays
