Job Summary:

The Kitchen Assistant supports the kitchen staff in food preparation, maintaining cleanliness, and ensuring smooth kitchen operations. This role involves assisting chefs, handling basic cooking tasks, and keeping the kitchen area organized and sanitary.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist chefs and cooks with food preparation (chopping, peeling, washing ingredients).

  • Ensure proper storage of food items and follow food safety regulations.
