Job summary

Qualifications

• At least 3 GCE O-Level credits, including a minimum grade of C6 in English Language, or equivalent.
• An ECDA L1 certification, ACECCE or Higher Nitec in Early Childhood Education would be an advantage.
• Passion for working with young children.
• Patient, nurturing and child-centred personality.
• An energetic personality.
• Effective communication skills and the ability to engage children.
• Fluent in English Language.
• Enthusiasm and creativity.
• Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
• Fitness and stamina to support the delivery of MK programme activities, and resilience required to engage children safely and carry out their duties effectively.

Responsibilities

• Support the delivery of MK activities during term time and school holidays (English medium).
• Conduct age-appropriate activities such as music and movement, sand and water play.
• Assist in preparing classroom resources and setting up learning environments.
• Ensure children’s well-being and safety during daily transitions and routines.
• Assist with communication and collaboration with parents and community partners.
