KINDERGARTEN CARE TEACHER (PROGRAMME STAFF) BUKIT BATOK

Join the team at SELF HELP GROUPS STUDENT CARE LIMITED as a full-time Kindergarten Care Teacher (Programme Staff) in the Bukit Batok Region. In this rewarding role, you will be responsible for providing high-quality childcare and educational support to young children, ensuring their social, emotional and academic development.

What you'll be doing

Plan and deliver engaging educational activities, including structured play, arts and crafts, and outdoor play

Provide a safe, nurturing, and inclusive environment for children to learn and thrive

Observe and monitor children's progress, identifying and addressing any developmental or behavioural concerns

Communicate regularly with parents/guardians to provide updates on their child's development and address any concerns

Collaborate with the teaching team to implement the curriculum and ensure consistent, high-quality care

Maintain accurate records and documentation as required by regulatory authorities

Participate in professional development opportunities to continuously improve your skills and knowledge

What we're looking for

A Diploma in Early Childhood Care and Education or Student Care Centre (Early Childhood / Early Years) certificate

Experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting

Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with children, parents, and colleagues

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail

Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team

Passion for nurturing and supporting the development of young children
