Job summary

Commit Learning Schoolhouse is seeking a Kindergarten Care Programme Staff to support children's holistic development in a safe, nurturing environment. You will work with supervisors and colleagues to ensure every child thrives in a stimulating and well-managed setting.

The role focuses on attentive care, classroom routines, safety, and collaboration with the team to maintain a positive learning atmosphere.

Qualifications

• Experience with preschool or kindergarten children.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team.

Responsibilities

• Provide attentive care and supervision to kindergarten children to ensure their safety and well-being.
• Prepare and maintain a safe, clean, organised learning environment.
• Execute daily classroom routines including attendance, meal supervision, hygiene, rest time, and transitions.
• Observe and document children’s developmental progress and share feedback with the Centre Head.
• Follow all policies, safeguarding, health and safety standards.
