Job summary

Ultra Clean Technology seeks an onsite Planner IV at our Singapore site to advance APS and Kinaxis capabilities. You will blend LVHM production planning with Kinaxis super-user responsibilities, including scenario modeling, parameter governance, S&OP/IBP alignment, and CTB improvements.

Strong analytical ability and cross-functional influence are essential. Responsibilities span demand, supply, and inventory planning, production execution, CTB readiness, and KPI governance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, or related field.
• 5+ years in production planning, supply chain, or manufacturing operations in LVHM environments.
• Experience driving S&OP/IBP governance and cross-functional alignment.
• ERP proficiency (SAP or Oracle) and advanced Excel skills.

Responsibilities

• Own Kinaxis scenarios, what‑ifs, alerts, dashboards, and planning parameter governance.
• Lead demand planning inputs, consensus cycles, and change‑impact analysis.
• Manage supply plans across complex BOMs using finite/infinite capacity logic.
• Drive inventory optimization through policy governance and exception management.
• Maintain CTB readiness and coordinate with Manufacturing to resolve capacity and schedule risks.
• Prepare inputs for S&OP/IBP reviews and lead scenario modeling.
