Job summary

LIL NINJA ACADEMY PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks an energetic coach to design and deliver ninja-themed lessons for children aged 1.5 to 12. You will create age-appropriate plans inspired by parkour, rock climbing, and obstacle courses while ensuring safety and fun.

Lead sessions, adapt coaching techniques across ages, manage groups and private coaching, and collaborate with management on seasonal programs. CPR/First Aid certification is preferred or planned.

Qualifications

• Experience coaching or mentoring children in activities such as parkour, obstacle course racing, rock climbing, gymnastics, or related sports.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to connect with children of various ages.
• Ability to manage children in private and group settings, keeping them engaged, safe, and motivated.
• CPR and First Aid certification or willingness to obtain it.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement creative lesson plans focused on balance, jumping, floor skills, climbing, swinging, and traversing.
• Lead safe, engaging training sessions for ages 1.5 to 12 and monitor progress.
• Manage children in private and group settings, maintaining discipline and enthusiasm.
• Adapt coaching methods for toddlers to pre-teens and foster confidence and personal bests.
• Ensure equipment safety and maintain a clean, organized training space.
• Communicate progress and development to parents and collaborate on programs and events.
