A leading company in children's entertainment seeks an Operations Manager to oversee daily activities at Marina Square. The role involves managing staff, ensuring safety compliance, and budgeting. Ideal candidates have experience in retail or hospitality environments and a passion for enhancing children's experiences.
Oversee daily operations, ensuring top-notch service and adherence to safety standards.
Manage staff schedules and roster Game Masters and support crew for optimal coverage.
Lead, mentor, and motivate a passionate team to maintain high morale and productivity.
Organize and coordinate staff training and development to enhance service quality.
Monitor budgets, control inventory, and ensure efficient resource allocation.
Ensure full compliance with health, safety, and child protection policies.
Collaborate with marketing and events teams for promotions and special programs.
Handle employee relations, performance reviews, and conflict resolution.
Continuously evaluate and improve operational processes for better efficiency and guest satisfaction.
Proven experience in operations management—ideally in children’s entertainment, retail, or hospitality.
Strong leadership and team management skills, with hands-on rostering experience.
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and organizational abilities.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.
A genuine passion for working with children and creating meaningful experiences for families.
Diploma in Hospitality or a related field (preferred).
Location: Marina Square
Hours: 44-hour retail roster (able to work on Public Holidays and Weekends)
Salary: $3,500 – $4,200/month
