A leading company in the FMCG sector is seeking a detail-oriented Coordinator to support its Key Account team in managing both Modern Trade and General Trade channels in Singapore. This role involves assisting with account coordination, customer communication, and sales operations to drive operational excellence and support key account growth.
We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Coordinator to provide day-to-day support across both Modern Trade (MT) and General Trade (GT) channels in Singapore. This role supports the Key Account team in ensuring smooth execution of business activities and maintaining strong relationships with retail partners—especially I Modern Trade (MT) segment. The ideal candidate is organized, responsive, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment to assist in driving operational excellence and supporting key account growth
Account Coordination & Support
Assist the Key Account Manager in executing customer business plans and promotional activities across GT and MT accounts
Coordinate with internal operations and in-store merchandising teams to ensure timely roll-out of promotions and visibility initiatives
Maintain accurate and current records of product listings, trading terms, and promotional agreements, including loading of NDPs
Customer & Internal Communication
Coordinate meeting schedules, prepare materials, and follow up on action items from internal and customer meetings
Sales Operations & Administration
Monitor and track key account data such as sales performance, stock levels, and promotional effectiveness; highlight observations to the team
Work closely with the supply chain and customer service teams to support order processing, delivery tracking, and issue resolution
Document meeting minutes and ensure timely follow-up on deliverables and deadlines
Prepare basic reports, dashboards, and trackers to support planning and business reviews
Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Min. 1 year of experience in sales coordination, customer service, or key account support, preferably in the FMCG or retail industry.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to manage multiple tasks and deadlines in a dynamic environment.
Collaborative team player with a proactive, solution-oriented attitude.
