Key Account Support Officer (6 months Contractual)

CHENG LIE Navigation Company (CNC Line) is a leader in intra-Asia trade. Subsidiary of the CMA CGM Group, CNC Line offers personalized services and has specific expertise in the transport of containers with temperature control (refrigerated containers or Reefers).

Summary
In this role, you will be reporting to the Key Account Manager. As Key Account Support Officer, you will be responsible for assisting the Key Account team to improve productivity and effectiveness. You will also provide administrative support and assist the team in generating various reports. We are looking for someone with good interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to work in fast paced environment.


Your main responsibilities are, but not limited to

  • Maintain regular reports and templates for customer performance etc
  • File and/or update rates into internal system
  • Monitor performance, account receivable, transhipment dwell time etc. and alert the Key Account team for action where necessary
  • Customer allocation process management
  • Dealing directly with customers to resolve sales/operational issues
  • Track and update contact list i.e. customer, agency sales etc
  • Monitor customer’s forecast vs allocation to prompt respective team of forecast acceptance
  • Provide administrative support to the Key Accounts team such as Booking, Bill of Lading, Invoicing and/or other operational issues
  • Diploma or Degree in relevant discipline
  • 0 -2 years of experience in the shipping and logistics industry preferred
  • Proficient in MS Office suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • To excel in the role, you will need to possess strong analytical and problem solving mindset while adhering to tight schedule.
