Job Description for Assistant Key Account Manager

We seek a highly experienced Assistant Key Account Manager to join our dynamic team. This role requires a deep understanding of industry products and trends, strong sales abilities, and proficiency in CRM and data analysis tools. Responsibilities include ensuring client satisfaction and retention, driving revenue growth, meeting sales targets, strategic account planning, customer advocacy, risk management, cross-functional collaboration, market insights, and building long-term client relationships through understanding and advising clients.

Qualifications
  • 2-4 years of relevant experience in the Interior/Furniture Industry
  • Any Graduate / MBA
Duties and Responsibilities
  • Identify business opportunities by evaluating prospects and assessing their position within the industry.
  • Conduct research and analysis of potential sales options.
  • Develop strong relationships with prospects, presenting suitable solutions to cultivate product sales.
  • Maintain client relationships by providing support, vital information, guidance, and suggesting new opportunities.
  • Identify areas for profit and service improvements.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, market activities, and competitor actions to identify new product opportunities.
  • Generate detailed reports by collecting, analyzing, and summarizing relevant information.
  • Uphold high service standards by establishing and enforcing organizational protocols.
  • Enhance professional skills through workshops, industry publications, and networking.
  • Contribute to team objectives as needed.
  • The ideal candidate should have established industry contacts and experience managing sales account databases and CRM platforms.
