Role Purpose

  1. Conduct Customer pricing analysis for country requests regarding special rates.
  2. Create Non-Standard Rate Cards (Custom PIDs) for special rates in GRE.
  3. Support the collection and/or review of existing or proposed customer rate cards in countries.
  4. Coordinate work balance among the Key Account Pricing Team.

How will you contribute to the success of DHL?

  • Conduct Customer pricing analysis for country requests regarding special rates: Assess customer analysis requests from country pricing teams, ensure input information and strategy are complete, extract data, prepare reports, analyze customer business, generate pricing reports, document analyses, support regional review processes, maintain statistics, and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Create Non-Standard Rate Cards (Custom PIDs): Create rate cards and PIDs, interpret country requests, ensure compliance, train colleagues, deactivate outdated PIDs, maintain fuel surcharge data, support system deployment, and escalate system issues.
  • GPI for GRE countries: Execute annual and off-cycle GPI processes.
  • Support with customer rate cards: Collect, review, validate, and standardize customer rate cards from countries.
  • Coordinate work within the team: Act as the first point of contact, manage audits, train colleagues, maintain work instructions, analyze reports, participate in meetings, develop system expertise, support testing, and review KPIs.

Do you have what it takes?

  • University degree with a strong analytical background (e.g., Business Administration, Finance, Economics).
  • Preferably +2 years of experience in related functions, including analytical, financial, or Customer Accounting roles.
  • Experience in Pricing, Costing, Pricing Implementation, Billing, Products/Marketing, and/or EKAD roles is desirable.
  • Experience at country, regional, or global levels is a plus.
