Job description

Responsibilities

The Client Partner is responsible for hitting revenue goals, building relationships with key enterprise accounts and helping clients drive business results on TikTok through product consultation, education, and support. Success as a Client Partner requires strong sales skills, business acumen, effective collaboration, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced and changing environment. Responsibilities Strategic Client Relationship Management

  • Provide consultative, solutions-focused advice and quality client servicing
  • Independently drive and scale revenue from advertisers
  • Establish and manage strong client relationships with both working level and senior client stakeholders and ability to influence at the C-level
  • Lead collaboration with external clients and internal stakeholders across product, marketing, legal, solutions engineering and client solutions to provide outsized value to clients
  • Lead account planning process that aligns brand and TikTok resources to maximize opportunities

Product Management

  • Brainstorm, identify, and implement advertising solutions on TikTok media products to deliver measurable results for clients
  • Serve as a strategic TikTok product consultant for clients, with the ability to spearhead client education on TikTok media products or properties and leverage different solutions creatively to unlock business outcomes for clients
  • Analyze data and create actionable insights for clients and internal cross-functional teams

Campaign Planning and Management

  • Facilitate clients ad campaigns from start to finish
  • Manage internal account operations including account set up etc.
  • Plan and build compelling storylines and data-driven presentations that are customized to clients business and problems
  • Demonstrate expertise in all matters relevant to your book of business, including escalation and troubleshooting to resolve client issues

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications

  • 5+ years of experience in any of the following: Sales / Media / Digital Marketing
  • Deep understanding of digital media platforms and related ad metrics
  • Demonstrated experience in working with and influencing cross-functional teams
  • Capable of driving C-level conversations and strategy planning
  • Strong sales acumen and ability to develop and maintain client relationships with excellent communication and presentation skills

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with TikTok media products and advertising solutions
  • Experience with crafting strategic outcomes through data analysis and insights
  • High level of business acumen and driver of commercial success
  • eCommerce experience is a plus, looking for hands-on capabilities, not just strategy
  • Sales person who has experience working on product mix strategies to build the business
  • Experience working with CPG brands is a bonus
