Salary: $5500 - $7000 + transport allowance $600 + Comm

Jobs scope:
- Meet individual sales targets and drive business growth via strategic account development
- Submit monthly sales forecasts and performance reports; present plans for future revenue and profit targets
- Cultivate strong, long-term relationships with key clients, including contractors, precasters, main contractors, and consultants
- Serve as the primary point of contact, handling inquiries, complaints, and ensuring satisfaction and retention .
- Conduct frequent visits and proactive outreach to maintain engagement and uncover new opportunities
- Develop and implement tailored strategic account plans to ensure high-priority accounts thrive
- Liaise with internal technical or production teams to resolve issues—e.g., troubleshooting on-site or coordinating trial mixes
- Provide consultancy support, assist with tender submissions, and contribute to technical aspects like CAD/BIM and costing if needed
- Monitor market trends, competitor actions, and client needs, feeding insights into internal teams to inform strategy
- Initiate and manage customer complaint reports to ensure timely, effective resolution
- Work closely with marketing, new business development, and product teams to align strategies and enhance service delivery
- Prepare routine performance reports, sales forecasts, and account reviews to measure against goals and propose corrective actions as needed
- Participate in regular sales meetings and internal training workshops as required
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years’ sales experience & proven track record within the Construction industry, preferred focus on the analgesic market.
- Possess own transport (Class 3)
