Job summary

A leading biotech company in Singapore is seeking a Sales Representative to achieve sales targets and build strong customer relationships. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology or related fields, at least 3 years of experience in sales within a pharmaceutical or medical device company, and preferably experience in Oncology.   • Experience in Oncology is highly preferred.

Job Description:

What are the Objectives of this Role?

  • Develop and obtain sales targets as a commitment
  • Support organizational strategy and sales growth in target product groups
  • Identify new opportunities for growth and build strong relationships with customers while following up on Gene Solutions compliance guidelines
  • Establish long-term professional relationships with targeted customer groups to promote Gene Solutions’ services.
  • Prepare all necessary documents related to sales reports for the line manager

What are the Responsibilities of this Role?

  • Be responsible for achieving sales targets within the target product groups
  • Do market research, build business plans, and implement sales activities to meet sales target
  • Supporting the BD Manager in day-to-day commercial activities whenever necessary
  • Crafting of business/strategy plans to improve sales performance
  • Collect and report customer feedback information on Gene Solutions’ products
  • Proactively explore and expand new/existing customer base
  • Build and maintain close relationships with key customers by ensuring services of Gene Solutions are constantly exceeding expectations
  • Manage team performance, and individual business plans by weekly and monthly
  • Provide weekly/monthly reports for line manager in a timely and accurate manner
  • Ensure operations comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and Law.
  • Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager

Job Requirements:
