Job Description:
What are the Objectives of this Role?
- Develop and obtain sales targets as a commitment
- Support organizational strategy and sales growth in target product groups
- Identify new opportunities for growth and build strong relationships with customers while following up on Gene Solutions compliance guidelines
- Establish long-term professional relationships with targeted customer groups to promote Gene Solutions’ services.
- Prepare all necessary documents related to sales reports for the line manager
What are the Responsibilities of this Role?
- Be responsible for achieving sales targets within the target product groups
- Do market research, build business plans, and implement sales activities to meet sales target
- Supporting the BD Manager in day-to-day commercial activities whenever necessary
- Crafting of business/strategy plans to improve sales performance
- Collect and report customer feedback information on Gene Solutions’ products
- Proactively explore and expand new/existing customer base
- Build and maintain close relationships with key customers by ensuring services of Gene Solutions are constantly exceeding expectations
- Manage team performance, and individual business plans by weekly and monthly
- Provide weekly/monthly reports for line manager in a timely and accurate manner
- Ensure operations comply with the Company's Code of Conduct and Law.
- Perform other tasks assigned by the line manager
Job Requirements:
We would love to hear from You if You have:
- Bachelor’s degree in Medical Technology, Pharmacy or other Medical Sciences
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in Sales Representative/Business Development Role in a Pharmaceutical or Medical Device company.
- Experience in Oncology is highly preferred
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and team skills
- Good business acumen
- Result-oriented in work
- Desire to build positive values for the community
