Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and relationship-driven Key Account Manager to manage and grow our network of franchise partners. This is a farmer-style role focused on nurturing long-term relationships, driving satisfaction, and increasing revenue through upselling and cross-selling of our product portfolio. The ideal candidate will act as the primary point of contact for franchisees, ensuring their continued success and alignment with our business goals. A key aspect of the role will also involve leveraging data analytics to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement within accounts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key franchise accounts.

  • Act as the main liaison between the company and franchise partners, understanding their needs and ensuring satisfaction.

  • Drive upsell and cross-sell initiatives to maximize revenue opportunities within existing franchise accounts.

  • Utilize data analytics to monitor account performance, identify trends, and uncover growth opportunities.

  • Develop account plans and strategies to achieve business growth targets.

  • Provide data-driven insights and recommendations to internal teams and franchisees.

  • Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, support) to deliver solutions tailored to franchisee needs.

  • Resolve any issues or conflicts in a timely and effective manner.

  • Provide regular reporting on account status, opportunities, challenges, and performance trends.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in account management, relationship management, or sales (preferably in a franchising or B2B environment).

  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate it into actionable insights.

  • Proficiency in tools such as Excel, Google Sheets, CRM platforms, and basic data dashboards.

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.

  • Ability to build rapport and maintain trust with stakeholders.

  • Strategic mindset with a focus on customer success and revenue growth.

  • Self-motivated, organized, and goal-oriented.

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Data Analytics, or related field (preferred).
