Key Account Manager OEM

POSITION PURPOSE: This role is responsible for building and managing strategic relationships with Key Original Equipment Manufacturers (OEM) clients within the radiology market. The role involves serving client needs, building long-term partnerships, and tailoring solutions to drive business outcomes.

YOUR TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  1. Co-create (with P&P team) and implement sales/budget plans to foster OEM business growth and enhance market share.
  2. Establish yourself as the SPOC for all OEM-related matters (Agreement, Sales, Service, Operations, O2C).
  3. Work closely with internal (Bayer Sales & Tender team) and external (OEMs, Institutes, Tendering Authorities) stakeholders to secure major tenders.
  4. Collaborate with OEMs to design mutually accepted business models for neighboring countries (SL, NP, BG) and lead revenue generation.
  5. Develop transformation/transition strategies towards connected devices.
  6. Map all India teams (Sales, Modality, Project & Service) of various OEMs and develop strategic partnerships with key stakeholders.
  7. Plan regular promotional and training programs for OEM teams to create a competitive edge.
  8. Develop joint marketing and sales plans to increase market access and create brand pull for Bayer’s devices.
  9. Develop CoE & PoC in collaboration with OEMs for high-end injectors.
  10. Implement OEM-related initiatives developed by regional marketing teams.
  11. Elevate customer experience through seamless coordination with Customer Engagement and Professional Services teams.
WHO YOU ARE:
  • Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Sciences, Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Over 10 years of proven experience in B2B sales, marketing, or business development.
  • Previous experience in OEM relationship management, specifically in radiology.
  • Strategic thinking, excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, leadership, and team management skills.
