This role will be responsible for achieving KPIs related to TEUs and contribution margin, maximizing returns across multiple trade lanes, and contributing to the growth of the business.

Responsibilities
  • Optimize business volume and profitability for NVO key accounts.
  • Achieve KPIs in both TEUs and contribution margin.
  • Maximize returns in both multiple trade lanes and contributions.
  • Identify, develop and implement sales strategic plans to drive revenue growth.
  • Collaborate effectively with both internal and external stakeholders to enhance customer experiences.
  • Maintain quality business information in CRM for analytics on business KPIs such as volume, revenue, conversion rate, etc.
  • Develop customer segmentation strategy to augment corporate portfolio compatibility.
  • To actively promote e-commerce and digital solutions.
Requirements
  • Diploma or Degree in Maritime Studies/Shipping-related disciplines.
