Job summary

A well-established recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking candidates for a sales role involving market research, lead generation, and client management. The role requires a minimum Nitec or Diploma, along with 1-2 years of relevant experience. The salary ranges from $3000 to $4200 with performance bonuses. Candidates will work Monday to Friday from 9 am to 6 pm.

Qualifications

• Possess minimum Nitec and/or Diploma or equivalent with minimum 1-2 years of relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Conduct market research to spot opportunities and understand client requirements.
• Actively seek leads through cold calling, networking, social media, and presales demos.
• Prepare compelling sales presentations, project quotes, and pricing proposals.
• Negotiate and close deals, resolving objections and ensuring client satisfaction.
• Liaise with suppliers, vendors, distributors, and resellers to coordinate pricing and logistics.
• Manage existing accounts, identifying upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Work with internal stakeholders—Project, Technical, and IT—to ensure seamless project delivery.
• Any ad hoc duties as assigned.
