A global leader in power management is seeking a Key Account Manager for Hyperscale Data Center in Singapore. This role involves managing major customer accounts and leading business development initiatives. Candidates should have substantial experience in account management within a global framework. This role leads the day-to-day interaction with these named accounts for all aspects of Eaton. They will be the face of Eaton in front of all titles and roles within the customer.
The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide day-to-day account management and business development of Eaton’s hyperscale data center customers.

The primary responsibilities of this position are to provide day-to-day account management and business development of Eaton’s hyperscale data center customers.
A. Leads the day-to-day interaction with these named accounts for all aspects of Eaton. They will be the face of Eaton in front of all titles and roles within the customer.
B. Proactively manages current and future business with the named accounts
C. Assumes all account management and business development duties for each named account. This includes but is not limited to:
D. Assists all countries in the APAC Region to resolve issues, help drive business and be the gateway into local hyperscale customer teams
E. Assumes role as the point of escalation for hyperscale customers where required
F. Works closely with Eaton global data center teams, especially the relevant GAM’s (Global Account Manager’s)
G. Organises and participates in QBR’s (Quarterly Business Reviews) with each hyperscale customer
H. Works closely with applications engineering, bid management and service teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
I. To be committed & responsible for Quality Management System:
Tertiary Degree in a technical or business field, OR
7 years of equivalent experience in an equivalent role.
Minimum 3 years managing global or enterprise accounts.
