Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain long-term trusting relationships with a portfolio of top advertisers to ensure they do not churn and move to competing platforms.
  • Continually acquire a thorough understanding of key customer needs and requirements.
  • Expand the relationships with existing customers by continuously proposing solutions that meet their objectives.
  • Ensure the correct solutions are delivered to our top advertisers in a timely manner.
  • Serve as the link of communication between key customers and internal client's teams.
  • Resolve any issues and problems faced by our top advertisers and deal with complaints in an efficient manner to maintain trust and protect revenue.
  • Play an integral part in generating new sales that will turn into long-lasting relationships.
  • Manage regular meetings with our top advertisers including weekly, monthly, and quarterly business reviews.
  • Prepare regular reports of progress and forecasts to internal and external stakeholders using key account metrics.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience as Key Account Manager.
  • Experience in sales and providing solutions based on customer needs.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills with aptitude in building relationships with professionals of all organizational levels.
  • Excellent organizational skills.
  • Outstanding ability in problem-solving and negotiation.
  • Proficiency in Business Mandarin and English to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
  • BSc/BA in business administration, sales, or relevant field.
  • Good knowledge/experience in performance marketing and SEM, good hands-on skills.
  • At least 5 years of relevant experience.
  • Experience in assisting clients in China, having worked in the Chinese export industry.
  • Working experience from a similar tech platform or digital marketing firm.
