We are looking to hire an entrepreneurial and aspiring Account Manager to join our Category Management teams in Lazada Singapore. In this role, you will be mentored by a senior member of our Category Management team to drive category growth by employing analytical and eCommerce merchandising methodologies. You will be equipped with the skill sets needed through a customised and structured program to learn about the business and build relationships with our brands and sellers. Additionally, you will work with data that helps us make strategic business decisions.

Responsibilities
  1. Responsible for key client relationship management on the Lazada platform, establishing and maintaining long-term and stable partnerships.
  2. Develop and execute effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and grow key client business.
  3. Deeply understand client needs and provide customized solutions to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient order execution, customer service, and issue resolution.
  5. Regularly analyze sales data, assess market trends, and provide data-driven insights for business decision-making.
Job Requirements

The ideal candidate has demonstrated business judgment with a desire to actively manage and grow their own business. You must be a team player and passionate about working cross-functionally to achieve your own and the company's KPIs. You should be self-motivated, capable of diving deep into data to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions. A strong interest in ecommerce and sales, with a desire to actively manage and grow your portfolio, is essential. Good work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in office tools and data analytics are also required.

  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Business, or related fields.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel (especially Pivot Tables & vLookups).
  • Experience in B2B sales or client management within e-commerce and/or the fashion industry is highly preferred.
  • Outstanding communication and negotiation skills, capable of influencing key decision-makers.
  • Proven problem-solving skills, with the ability to work under pressure and manage priorities effectively.
  • Familiarity with the e-commerce market, in-depth understanding of the Lazada platform, and good market insights.
