We are looking to hire an entrepreneurial and aspiring Account Manager to join our Category Management teams in Lazada Singapore. In this role, you will be mentored by a senior member of our Category Management team to drive category growth by employing analytical and eCommerce merchandising methodologies. You will be equipped with the skill sets needed through a customised and structured program to learn about the business and build relationships with our brands and sellers. Additionally, you will work with data that helps us make strategic business decisions.
The ideal candidate has demonstrated business judgment with a desire to actively manage and grow their own business. You must be a team player and passionate about working cross-functionally to achieve your own and the company's KPIs. You should be self-motivated, capable of diving deep into data to identify root causes and implement scalable solutions. A strong interest in ecommerce and sales, with a desire to actively manage and grow your portfolio, is essential. Good work ethic, excellent communication skills, and proficiency in office tools and data analytics are also required.
