Job Highlight:

• To manage customer relationship in the region (1 -2 key accounts)
• Customer Relationship: Maintain long-term client relationships, manage performance per contracts, lead meetings, handle disputes, and support product development with Sales.
• Operations & Coordination: Support contract drafting, coordinate technical and operational files, oversee logistics flows, and manage product modifications as needed.
• Regulatory & Quality Compliance: Ensure adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements in collaboration with relevant teams.
• Customs & Environmental Compliance: Follow customs regulations and contribute to internal environmental practices.
