Sika, with a significant presence in the building and industrial manufacturing sectors, is dedicated to providing innovative solutions to leading manufacturers and service providers across various industries.Your primary responsibility will be to maximize revenue, material margin, and customer penetration with selective Automotive OEMs. You are expected to deeply understand customer needs, products, and applications to devise effective sales strategies, identify new opportunities, establish strategic partnerships, and drive sales growth. Your role will entail developing new business opportunities while managing existing ones, offering technical and commercial support to ensure sales growth.Key Responsibilities:- Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with key accounts.- Act as the primary point of contact between key accounts and internal teams.- Develop and execute customized account plans aligned with customers and company goals.- Provide accurate sales forecasts and activity reports for key accounts.- Achieve sales targets and KPIs related to key accounts.- Collaborate with technical departments, supply chain, finance, and customer service to deliver value.- Stay updated on market trends, customer business developments, and competitor activities.- Handle client escalations efficiently and proactively identify potential risks.Qualifications/Experience:- Education: Masters/bachelor's degree in engineering from a reputed institute. MBA preferred.- Experience: Minimum 10-12 years of experience in Automotive OEM business, with a proven track record in business development and strategic sales management.- Skills: Strong business acumen, exceptional leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, analytical mindset, ability to build relationships with key stakeholders.- Personal Attributes: Strategic thinker, innovative, adaptable, strong decision-making capabilities, high level of integrity, accountability, and professionalism.Working Conditions:- Full-time position with frequent travel required for customer meetings, partnerships, and events both domestically and internationally.,
