Responsibilities :

1. Understand client needs and provide customized logistics solutions.
2. Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and retention.
3. Act as the primary point of contact for all client-related logistics matters.
4. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless operations and service delivery.
5. Monitor and improve service quality, addressing client concerns promptly.
6. Negotiate contracts, rates, and service scopes with clients.
7. Prepare and maintain accurate records, including client profiles and contract renewals.
8. Support the implementation of projects and supply chain solutions.

Requirements :

1. Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or related field.
2. Minimum 5 years of logistics experience preferred.
3. Skilled in project planning and multitasking.
