A leading company in the marketing technology sector seeks a driven Account Manager to spearhead their sales efforts. This role emphasizes proactive client engagement, strategic partnership building, and collaboration with marketing to drive growth. This isn’t a passive account maintenance role—you’ll be on the frontlines of growth, responsible for both hunting new leads and collaborating with marketing to build smart lead-gen strategies.
Take full ownership of the sales pipeline—prospect, pitch, close, grow
Identify new client opportunities through outbound efforts, partnerships, and market insight
Lead compelling presentations and proposals that make clients say “yes”
Collaborate closely with the marketing team to co-develop innovative campaigns and activation strategies
Manage and grow a portfolio of clients across industries like FMCG, lifestyle, events, and retail
Coordinate with internal teams (Creative, Tech, Ops) for seamless campaign execution
Achieve (and exceed) monthly sales targets and performance KPIs
Requirements
1 - 3 years of B2B sales or account management experience (MarTech, SaaS, advertising, or events preferred)
A natural flair for relationship-building and turning conversations into contracts
Proactive, resourceful, and comfortable in a target-driven startup culture
Strong business sense—you can understand a client’s marketing goals and offer tailored solutions
Bonus: Familiarity with CRM tools, marketing automation, or activation technologies
