We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Client Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing direct client relationships within top Singapore local enterprise companies with over 1000 employees. This role requires the ability to establish and maintain CXO-level relationships, drive business growth, and deliver exceptional customer service.
What You'll Do:
- Cultivate and maintain CXO-level relationships with key stakeholders.
- Drive business development across IT & OT workloads, client computing, infrastructure, and services.
- Deliver tailored solutions through strategic account planning and solution selling.
- Act as the primary contact for clients, ensuring exceptional service and engagement.
- Analyze market trends and provide actionable insights.
- Lead successful bid submissions and simulate financial margins.
What We're Looking For:
- 8+ years of experience in client relationship management within tech sectors.
- Proven success with top Singapore enterprise clients.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and CRM skills.
- Experience engaging CXOs and organizing executive-level events.
- Financial acumen to support bid decisions.
