Summary
In charge of Fairprice and Sheng Siong account and other chains like Challenger, Petrol Marts & Ecommerce at the same time responsible & managing of 7 Merchandisers team.
Responsibilities
Strategic
- Responsible for modern trade operation & execution , Monthly alignment meeting with KAR/MER,
- Planning monthly activities with Key account customers .
- Listing of new SKU , Product replacement & change of packaging and New opening account
- Quarterly business review with key account customers and TTA negotiation.
- Win @ Retail (POG , SOS , SBS and battery ctr.
- Stock forecast planning
- Pre & post promotion review
- Manage gross margin & TI
- To secure SOS , align with market share
Operational
- Provide ongoing support to ensure promotion execution set up on time and products display with sufficient stock weigh.
- Develop / maintain Customer Plans for Key Accounts which reflect the businesses strategic and marketingplans.
- To ensure the sales force coverage follow itinerary plan and to ensure correct selling price in store level.
- Responsible for share of space as plan.
- To ensure products are merchandise with FIFO
- Secure secondary display during promotion
People Strategy / Leadership
- Products knowledge update to the team in quarterly basic.
- Market intelligent feedback competitors activities on daily basic
- Lead the sales team during monthly meetings communicating performance and expectations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Business
- 4+ years' of relevant work experience in Key Account Management and Distributor Management
- 2+ years of relevant work experience in managing operational issues.
